Who Is CCGR?
We are a collaborative mission organization that seeks to support orphan care through compassion and service. Through relief work and micro enterprises we aim to empower the weak and offer opportunity to end the cycle of poverty and child abandonment.
Our History

In 2019, Proyecto Compasión became Care Connection Global Resources. Since it’s inception in 2001, Proyecto Compasion, a US 501C3 non-profit organization has been carrying on a 36 year long work of caring for Orphaned and abandoned children in Mexico. Beginning with the support of Casa Elizabeth founded in 1984 in the town of Imuris, Mexico.
We are a faith based organization providing monthly funding for orphanages and individual children in our care to create sustainable and lasting alternatives to homelessness and poverty. We have developed over our years of work, programs that not only house and feed abandoned children but give them an opportunity to break the cycle that has overshadowed their lives from birth.
The orphanages we serve provide security, nutrition, clean loving home environments and access to a reliable education.
We also fund scholarships for teens aging out of the orphanage system. These are some of the most vulnerable children because once they are “too old” some as young as 12, are released to their own devices with no support whatsoever. They often turn to drugs and crime just to survive and find a sense of belonging. Malnutrition, homelessness and depression is the norm.
We have been on a mission to break the vicious cycle of poverty from perpetuating child abandonment by offering sustainable alternatives to traditional orphanages in Mexico. Our programs are designed to demonstrate love to these children by creating homes that are safe, clean, and nurturing. Providing food, shelter and a back to basics approach to sustainable living; gardening, conservation, education and progressive practices like solar energy production and rainwater catchment. Creating zero energy consumption homes for long-term growth.
